Hey, guys! Finally gotten around to making a tutorial after everyone asked XD (Over a year after the first request- sorry, ~PepperBug ;-; )

And now I think about it, I'm sure I've left out a ton of important stuff >_> Sorry! Hope you find it useful anyway! XD

Funky funky!! Though I can't believe you use the pen tool.... I hate that thing so much!! It never wants to work right at all! I mainly stick to flash or Illutrator ^^;

Ah, I lvoe flash! XD Well, for lines and doodles. The colouring isn't so bad, but I'm not used to that yet. Illustrator is mainly for Illustration stuff ( go figure! XD ) It's not that bad! You can get really crisp and nice even line art. Though it's a little harder to get around. If you know how to use it ( means reading a book or two ) then it's awesome! But it doesn't have the editability for painting like Photoshop does.

I'm alright with photoshop - took a while to learn, but it's not so bad now XD I've gotta learn a ton of new programs for uni though XD

I prefer using the brush- got more control over the strokes ;D Sometimes when I'm being really lazy I use the pen, but not very often, 'cause it scares me XD

wow, this is really useful o3o i normally stick with simple cel-shading, but this looks great.. the actual finished piece really made me think of how important it was to show the shapes and contours of the body.. THIS IS A 2-IN-1 COMMENT, BECAUSE THE FINISHED PIC IS AWESOME TOO! >W<

I think it's easier to paint something than cel-shade; besides, muscles look rubbish when you just lineart them in XD You can also get away with being really messy with digital painting, whereas you can't with cel-shading >_>
